Code of conduct — students

• Arrive ready to work. Listening starts on time.
• Phones silent. No recording of other students without their consent.
• English in the room unless a tutor uses Urdu to unlock a point.
• No leaked Cambridge papers, no cracked PTE software, no “guaranteed band” talk.
• Respect every student and tutor. Harassment ends the seat, without a refund.

Code of conduct — tutors and desk

• Tutors do not collect cash, invent discounts, or quote visa or university advice in class.
• Mocks are marked cold. We do not inflate a band to keep a student enrolled.
• Writing comes back with comments a student can act on.
• Personal data from the contact form and class stays in the lab unless the law requires otherwise.

Code of ethics

English Lab exists to train people for a named test, honestly. We will not pretend a paper is “easier” if the file does not accept it. We will not sell HHC consultancy from the classroom. We will not advertise official partnership with British Council, IDP, or Pearson.
