Refund policy
Once a course fee is paid to English Lab, it is non-refundable.
That includes full payment, part payment, and cash, bank, or wallet transfers. Changing your test date, missing class, or deciding IELTS was the wrong paper does not reopen the till.
What we may do instead
At management’s discretion only, we may move you to a later on-site group of the same course if a seat exists. That is a courtesy, not a right. Official exam fees paid to British Council, IDP, or Pearson are never refunded by us.

Sending the form or a WhatsApp message costs nothing. No refund question arises until money has actually been received for a course.
If you believe a payment was taken in error, write the same day to els@hoisthorizons.com with the receipt.
