Terms and conditions
These terms cover training at English Lab by Hoist Horizons Consultancy (HHC), 124 CCA, Block A, Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. By submitting the contact form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or joining a class, you accept them.
What we sell
English-language test training for IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training, IELTS UKVI, PTE Academic, PTE Core, PTE Academic UKVI, and PTE Home. We do not sell university places, visas, or official exam seats.
No score guarantee
We do not promise a band or a PTE number. Mocks are marked honestly.
Classes
Training is on-site in the lab (maximum twelve students). Live classes over the internet are Coming Soon until we open them. A seat is only yours when the lab has confirmed it in writing after payment.
Fees
Course fees are agreed at the desk. Once paid, they are non-refundable. Official exam fees never enter our till.
Your conduct
Treat staff and other students with respect. We may remove a student who breaks this, without a refund.
