English Lab is operated by Hoist Horizons Consultancy (HHC) at 124 CCA, Block A, Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. This notice covers the lab website, the contact form, WhatsApp, and classes. It does not cover British Council, IDP, or Pearson.
What we collect
Name, WhatsApp number, email, area, the test you named, a target score if you gave one, whether you already have an HHC file, and the message you typed. In class we also keep attendance, writing scripts, mock scores, and tutor comments.
Use of the contact form
Sending the form is a request to be contacted — not an enrolment and not a reserved seat. Do not send passports, bank statements, or other identity documents through this form.
Who sees it
Management of English Lab. Tutors see what they need to teach you. We do not sell student lists. We do not post scores without your written consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a student are deleted or archived within 12 months. Class records are kept as long as needed for teaching, accounts, and the law in Pakistan.
